Shipping is expensive! We know, I'm sorry. We wish it could be cheaper.
Off continent International orders over 500g, We ship GROUND outside of continental North America as the air shipping is prohibitively expensive. If you are working to a time line, and would like your order shipped priority air mail, let me know and we can upgrade it for the extra cost. THIS RATE OF SHIPPING DOES NOT COME WITH TRACKING. Canada Post charges almost double for an international tracked package.
IMPORTANT: Canada Post recently changed their INTERNATIONAL shipping estimations- Anywhere outside of Canada and the USA they now predict will take 6-8 weeks to deliver to Europe, and 8-12 weeks to Asia, Africa and Australia this is CANADA POST POLICY, not our own!
Your shipping INTERNATIONAL (outside of Canada and continental North America) on packages that weigh more than 500g is GROUND SHIPPING and will likely take up to 8 weeks for the cost that you pay. We am more than willing to ship your items International Air Mail, please contact me and We can let you know how much extra it will cost. It is usually 3-4 times the cost of ground shipping. For example, a $20 shipping ground could cost around $60 Air Mail. THIS COMES WITH TRACKING.
Shipping to Canada and the US is done expedited, and many people get their packages in less than a week. Once orders are out of our workshop, how long they are held at international borders is completely out of our hands. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages held or confiscated by your countries border guard.
SMALL DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES under 1 kg don't come with a tracking number usually - please specify that you would like it tracked if you feel that this will be an issue. This allows you to save big on shipping costs, but means that it takes a few days longer. We have very rarely had a package disappear in the mail.
